Simply download the Heat Outdoors App from Apple to your iPhone or iPad and you have full control over your heater(s) power settings including an on-board timer. If you prefer, there is also a separate remote handset provided free or your XT heater can be switched on/off or to different heat settings from a switch on the side of the unit itself. This makes the XT ideal for domestic applications as your heater(s) can be controlled from anywhere within your home.

Designed and built to commercial standards, the new XT heater Features an enhanced reflector to amplify the heat output to extraordinary new levels, which, when combined with the latest in Ultra Low Glare lamp design, provides the ultimate in robust and stylish heating performance.

  • The heater must be mounted in a well ventilated area. There must be at least a 0.4m clearing between the heater and ceilings / roofs

  • There must be at least a 1.8m clearing between the bottom edge of the heater and the floor

When using a 3kW heater in commercial premises or other locations where the heaters are used continuously for long periods of time then it is advisable to consult an electrician. A 3kW heater used for long periods of time may need to be hard wired into a 20A fused spur rather than used in a standard 13A socket.

All of our products come with the original manufactures warranty for total pizza mind

On the day of delivery get in contact with the manufacturer, supply the serial number, your name and address and any contact details you have to activate your warranty.

Warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse of oven. Please follow detailed instructions on how to carefully cure your oven.

Delivery Information

Typical order processing times for "in stock" items are 1 to 2 business days, made to order items will typically be longer. You will receive an update via email once your order has been dispatched. 


When your order's status is "fulfilled", this means that your parcel has been sent out from our warehouse to the courier for processing and will be on its way to you for the final delivery.

Then, we send you a dispatch notification after your item/s have left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order.
